The “PAM Academy” is organizing the second edition of the Summer University of the Authenticity and Modernity Party from July 11 to 13, 2025, under the theme: “Creating Hope to Achieve the Possible”, at the International University of Rabat. The event will bring together over 500 participants, including young women and men from various regions and provinces, elected officials, and party members. The sessions will be led by a group of experts, professionals, and specialists both from within and outside the party.
This year’s edition builds on the success and distinction of the first Summer University, which served as a key platform for communication and training. It reflected the party’s commitment to empowering its youth and elected representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to become a new generation of leadership aligned with the party’s societal project. This initiative aims to engage youth as advocates for the nation’s causes, standing alongside the people and defending their legitimate aspirations for a dignified life—within the framework of a societal contract grounded in sustained hope and active citizenship as pillars of Morocco’s democratic model.
The 2025 Summer University continues to implement the major objectives that underpin its founding vision. It is marked by the diversity of backgrounds and expertise of speakers in both plenary sessions and thematic workshops. These sessions will explore a wide range of topics from intersecting perspectives, including: electronic gaming, digital trading, mental health programs for youth, the Moroccan university system, artificial intelligence, seawater desalination policies, the social state, food security, and social networks.
This year’s program also features a special workshop dedicated to “Advanced Regionalization”, with the participation of experts, specialists, current and former regional presidents, and elected officials. The topic will be examined over three sessions, providing forward-looking insights into this vital national reform.
Through the “PAM Academy”, the Authenticity and Modernity Party is committed to institutionalizing the Summer University as a key component of its annual agenda. This reflects the party leadership’s collective awareness of the importance of providing structured training programs for its members and elected representatives, equipping them with a deeper understanding of current and future challenges. The initiative fosters the development of analytical tools and practical solutions based on attentive listening to citizens’ needs and grounded in rigorous scientific methods—resulting in measurable and actionable outcomes.
In this spirit the second edition of the Summer University is not only a space for communication and training, but also a platform to help nurture a new generation of young leaders. These emerging figures will be equipped with leadership skills, critical thinking tools, and the ability to assess and analyze societal issues across various sectors. Developed by the youth of the party under the supervision of the “PAM Academy”, the Summer University is a strategic investment in the nation’s youth—its most valuable intangible asset and the embodiment of hope for Morocco’s future through education, training, and empowerment
