حذرت مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان من انقطاع الكهرباء عن جميع أنحاء البلاد بحلول نهاية سبتمبر الحالي، في ظل انخفاض حاد في مخزوناتها من المحروقات.
وذكرت الشركة، في بيان، اليوم الخميس، أنها تستطيع توليد أقل من 500 ميغاوات من الكهرباء باستخدام زيت الوقود الذي تحصل عليه بموجب اتفاقية تبادل مع العراق.
وأدى النقص الهائل في المحروقات إلى عجز الدولة عن توفير أي إمدادات تذكر للكهرباء على مدى الشهور القليلة الماضية، بينما اعتمد الكثير من اللبنانيين على المولدات الخاصة.
وأوردت الشركة أن مخزونها المتبقي من المحروقات تدنى بشكل حاد جدا، حتى أنه نفد بالكامل في عدد من المعامل، مما أدى الى توقفها قسريا عن إنتاج الطاقة.
ووفقا للشركة فإن مخزون معملي الذوق الحراري والجية شارف عن الانتهاء بصورة كلية.
وقالت الشركة إن جميع الخيارات التي يمكن اللجوء إليها استنفدت، فيما “لم يعد بإمكانها سوى تسيير المجموعات الإنتاجية المتبقية بما يتجانس مع مخزونها المتبقي من المحروقات وكميات المحروقات المرتقب توريدها بموجب اتفاقية التبادل مع الدولة العراقية”.
وأورد البيان أنه “إذا ما استمرت الأمور على حالها، فهنالك مخاطر عالية من الوصول إلى الانقطاع العام والشامل أواخر شهر أيلول/سبتمبر الحالي، بعد نفاد كامل تخزين المحروقات لديها أو عدم التمكن من تأمين استقرار وثبات الشبكة الكهربائية”.
وفي السياق ذاته، تأخر البرلمان اللبناني بالانعقاد لمنح الثقة لحكومة نجيب ميقاتي، بسبب انقطاع الكهرباء، ما استدعى طلب صهريج مازوت لتشغيل المولدات.
ووفقا للإعلام المحلي فإنه وبعد تأخير دام أكثر من 40 دقيقة بسبب انقطاع التيار الكهربائي، عادت وانعقدت جلسة مجلس النواب في قصر الأونسكو، بعدما تم تأمين مادة المازوت للمولدات التابعة للمبنى من قبل شركة “الأمانة”، الموكل إليها مهمة توزيع النفط الإيراني في لبنان.
وكان أحد النواب قال في تصريح صحافي إن “جلسة الثقة لم تلغَ وهناك محاولات لتأمين الكهرباء في قاعة الأونيسكو، وقد ننتقل إلى مجلس النواب في حال توفرت الطاقة الكهربائية هناك”.
وكانت مصادر مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان ذكرت أن “التيار الكهربائي مقطوع عن كل لبنان منذ من صباح الاثنين الماضي.
